Once your order has been packed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

We ship Australia‑wide using trusted carriers such as Australia Post and Sendle.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
  • Free Shipping Threshold: Automatically applied at checkout when available

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, public holidays, and courier delays.

📮 Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can track your parcel directly through the courier’s website.

If you have not received your tracking email, please check your spam folder or contact us.

📦 Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels

Asiana Collective is not responsible for:

  • Parcels delayed due to courier issues
  • Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout
  • Lost parcels marked as “delivered” by the courier

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist you.
